My story
I know this path intimately — because I lived it.
For years I built a career I was proud of. Medical device sales, professional achievement, a life that checked every box I believed would lead to fulfillment. From the outside, everything looked exactly the way it was supposed to. On the inside, I had quietly lost myself. I was successful on paper and empty in my soul.
Then in March 2024, everything cracked open. A life-or-death birth experience forced me to stop — and for the first time in years, truly listen. What I found in that stillness wasn’t what I expected. I found the woman I had been becoming all along, waiting patiently beneath the roles, the achievements, and the expectations I had built my life around.
That moment became my awakening. The beginning of my own realignment. The first breath of a new chapter I didn’t know I had been writing all along. And it became the reason I now do this work.
Over the years that followed, I made one of the most important decisions of my life — I invested deeply in myself. Through coaching, reflection, and doing the honest inner work, I walked through some of the hardest seasons of my life. And on the other side of all of it, I finally stepped into the woman I was always meant to be.
That journey is why I’m here. And it’s why I walk beside other mothers as they navigate their own.

The Identity Shift
